Updates to FitFocus' Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

We've updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy! If you created an account before March 4, 2025, or previously agreed to an earlier version of our terms, this notice applies to you.

The updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are now available on our Terms of Service page and Privacy Policy page. These changes will take effect on March 17, 2025, and will be binding from that date forward. No action is required on your part—your continued use of FitFocus automatically means you accept the new terms, which replace all previous versions unless stated otherwise.

We've clarified our Information Disclaimer, Exercise Liability Waiver, and Nutrition Disclaimer to ensure you understand how FitFocus provides general fitness, health, and nutrition-related information and is not responsible for any risks associated with their use. Key updates include:

• FitFocus provides general information only and is not a substitute for medical advice.
• Always consult a health, fitness and nutritional professional before starting a new diet, exercise program, or supplement regimen.
• FitFocus does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
• FitFocus is not liable for any injuries, damages, or health complications resulting from exercise, nutrition tracking, supplement use, or any food consumed.
• Health supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

2. Privacy Policy Updates

We've also updated our Privacy Policy to enhance transparency, particularly for users in the EU and UK. Key updates include:

• Your Rights: Users in the EU and UK now have expanded rights, including access to their data, the right to rectify inaccurate data, request data erasure, restrict or object to data processing, and withdraw consent.
• Data Transfers Outside the EU/UK: We’ve clarified how we protect your data when transferring it internationally, using Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent measures.
